friendly staff good food
the staff were super friendly, they helped me with all my needs. the room was clean, also very comfortable. i enjoyed the good choice of food at breakfast.

beautiful design cozy room thoughtful service sofa hair shower hair bottled water
the rooms were beautifully designed. the rooms were cozy. they was perfect. the rooms were cleaned . this thoughtful service.
i noticed hair on the sofa when the room was ready. i found hair in the shower too. there was hair on the floor left by previous guests. bottled water was not refreshed daily. it was only provided on the day of arrival.

attentive helpful staff
The breakfast was good. The staff was wonderfully attentive and helpful.
I booked a private day tour. It was very disappointing. The hotel did not seek compensation on our behalf. It was a very expensive loss for a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
